About Us...

Frank Heyming started in real estate after graduating from the University of California, Riverside in June of 1973.  Almost from the start he was successful, achieving recognition as Top Ten Salesperson of the Year and as Realtor of the Year.  Frank became part owner of the company in 1975.  In 1976 the company began managing property for clients.  Over the years the ownership of the company changed, and the name changed to Heyming & Johnson, Inc. in 1983.  The company has been in the same location since 1981, at 7130 Magnolia Ave. #N in Riverside.

 

Today Heyming & Johnson, Inc. is focused on the management of investment properties as well as single family homes.  The company currently manages property in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles counties.

 

Frank Heyming has been involved in the community.  He has served as past president of the Riverside Board of Realtors, the Riverside Rotary Club, the Riverside Jaycees, and the Riverside County Children’s Museum and the Riverside Land Conservancy.  In addition he has been active in the Boy Scouts, his church, the chamber of commerce, the Univerity of California Alumni Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Frank obtained the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager in 1992, and was instrumental in founding the local chapter of the Institute of Property Management.  He and his wife Lucy live in Riverside.  They have six grown children. They are both Master Gardeners and enjoy working in their garden.
